Treat every patient as if they were family, always do the best we can for them. If you're not sure about a treatment, ask you dentist "what would you do if it was your tooth?"
Offer ALL possible treatment options (we are not restricted by NHS banding). When you go to a restaurant, you get the whole menu and you choose what's right for you!
Explain everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms. You cannot make the correct decision for yourself until you are fully aware of the pros and cons of each of your options.
Explain all fees and give you some time to think things over (particularly when the treatment is non-urgent). Your dentist should not be pressuring you into making an on-the-spot decision. It is your right to take your time to think about any purchasing decision.
Use the most up to date knowledge and techniques to give you the best level of care. None of our dentists meet the minimum G.D.C. required annual retraining hours....we far exceed it! Things move on, and your dentist needs to move with them.
Provide the best follow up care to ensure that your treatment not only works, but lasts.
